Last Friday (April 08, 2022) my riding partner Scott and I experienced a mechanical breakdown on my 2008 R1200GSA. We diagnosed it at the side of the road to be the fuel pump and had it towed to your beautiful facility. Scott went ahead on his bike to see what arrangements could be made on my bike while I waiting for the tow truck to show up. Scott spoke with Jeff in service and got things started. When I showed up Jeff went into high gear to help us out. After a quick check over on my bike he went to work on the computer and found the Canadian fuel pump recall notification and said that my bike qualiified!! YAY.. He also said that, while you guys were stacked up with work, he would do his best to get it looked at and repaired by Monday/Tuesday. Since we were just one day into our ride up the PCH to Oregon time was of the essence and he appreciated this. We counted on the BMW dealer network to get us back on the road ASAP and as in the past they came through again. So I would just like to take this moment to thank Jeff, Chelsea and the techs for helping us to continue on our trip. The alternative which was heading back to Canada with our tails between our legs. I thought it couldn't be done, but one hour is all it took for me to finish purchasing my new motorcycle at Long Beach BMW Motorcycles from start to finish. I had my eye on a 2016 BMW S1000R for sale so I stopped by the dealership to take a look. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by Charles the owner who kindly told me to take a look around and feel free to ask any questions. No pressure, no selling tactics - just a genuine greeting and offer to help. Upon taking a look at the bike, I sat down with Charles and asked for an out the door price. Surprisingly, Charles offered a very reasonable out the door price and after countering with a price I had in mind, we had ourselves a deal. That's all there was to it! No hidden fees, no upsell, just an honest and transparent negotiation settling on a purchase price amenable to both parties. I wish all dealerships ran their operations in this manner.After determining the price, Charles had me sit down with Gaje to complete the necessary paperwork. I had previously told Charles that I needed to catch a plane shortly, and he relayed the information to Gaje. I was doubtful that we could finish everything in the 45 minutes I had remaining, but Gaje made it happen without any pressure, delays, or upsell. Having previously purchased a Harley Davidson at a different dealership where the process took hours, I was immediately impressed and grateful that the staff at Long Beach BMW Motorcycles was straight to the point, honest, and efficient.I highly recommend purchasing your next motorcycle at Long Beach BMW Motorcycles if you value fantastic customer service and an upfront approach to sales. The entire staff is warm and friendly without applying the usual sales tactics found at many big-box dealerships. I found the bike during an online search. Called Ron, , he sent me pictures and we discussed the bike, I told him I wanted it, he sent the documents overnight, returned with cashiers check and flew to Long Beach from Sacramento to take delivery. My wife and I could not be happier with our (new to us) 2014 K1600GTL. I found it on the pre-owned inventory section of the web site and called Owen B. to ask about it. I told him it had to be comfortable for my wife and he said to come and test ride it with her. We met with Owen and he gave me the key and told me to test ride it while he delivered another bike to a customer in Malibu. We rode it, and rode it, and rode it over 50 miles while he was gone. I've done all servicing of both my 2012 and 2015 S1000RR's here at Long Beach BMW. Richard and the Master Techs are awesome. All services have been done timely and usually under estimate. Most recently, I had a warranty issue that required parts from Germany... they estimated my bike wouldn't be ready for at least three weeks while parts were delivered. I commute on my bikes so this was going to be a long wait. Next thing I knew, Rich is calling me up after a week and a half saying the bike is ready! I don't know what strings these guys pulled, but getting all this work done in such a short time with parts ordered from Germany was amazing! This service department is great, I'm a customer for life, and will continue bringing my current and future rides to get serviced here. Thanks Rich and Team!

I went to Long Beach BMW last November to look at a Touring bike, We had gone the International Motorcycle show the week prior to going into this dealership, after the education that I had gathered from the show I was pretty set on the K1600GTL, I more specifically went there that day to look at a used bike that they had on their lot, I met Robyn Smietan during my visit, whom I must say is very knowledgeable and informed of the entire BMW motorcycle lineup, I spoke with Robyn for over an hour, even though the dealership was preparing to close for the evening she never made me feel rushed or pressured, I came back a few more times and she offered me to test ride the K1600GTL before making any decisions, on my third visit to the dealership I came prepared helmet in hand and passenger in tow.I have to start by saying, I have ridden/owned several Japanese crotch rockets through the years, a little over 10 years ago I decided to slow down and purchase a Harley Davidson, I have enjoyed riding the HD, however after this test ride on the BMW I knew this was THE bike for me, I instantly fell head over heels for this machine, It combines a perfect blend of power, comfort and safety in a very balanced package that is second to none.When we returned from the test ride I told Robyn that I needed a little time to mill over the details with the wife, (financial details only) I was taking one of these gems home soon, Robyn was VERY understanding and told me take your time, I appreciate that in a sales person, I came back after a little more research and decided that I wanted the Exclusive edition of this bike, it was not in stock at the time but we sat down in a no pressure environment and worked out the deal anyway, during this deal I also had the pleasure of also meeting the sales manager David Lindahl, what a great guy, he made me feel very confident in the deal I was getting, I wish all of my major buying purchases could be that easy, after signing on several dotted/highlighted lines, Robyn took us over to get fitted for new helmets, this is when we met Chelsea Watson behind the Parts counter, This woman is GREAT! also very knowledgeable of the products that she sells, she worked with us on not only helmets but apparel too, VERY nice too! When the bike arrived a week later, the service department jumped on it and had it ready to go in one day, I also had the pleasure of meeting Greg Gilday in service, I cant say enough great things about this man as well, courteous, prompt and ready to answer all of the questions you might have. Overall my experience was GREAT! If you're looking for a worry-free buying experience with a great staff, this is definitely a place to look when you're looking to get your next bike.

Just wanted to drop a note and commend the team at Long Beach BMW Motorcycles. I recently purchased a 1200GS Adventure and the entire experience was outstanding. I initially began dealing with Ron Tate, who was very responsive and thoughtful to my initial inquiries. Due to some scheduling conflicts on the day I was able to finally make it down to the show room, Ron was unavailable, but he set me up with Robyn Smietan (AKA Goddess O' Sales).From the time I walked through the door, Robyn went above and beyond to make me comfortable. There was no BS, or what I would call the bait & switch I've experienced at other dealerships. She was upfront about what we could be done as far as my purchase went & was extremely detailed when explaining all the nuances pertaining to my trade & purchase. When it came time to take delivery, she took the time to explain all the bells & whistles that came with the bike. To sum it all up; in my previous dozen or so motorcycle purchases, Robyn is without a doubt the best sales person I've ever dealt with.I should also mention that Dewayne Reedy & Chelsea Watkins (parts dept) along with Sergio Alcazar (service dept) helped with my transaction and were top notch.

This is my first time buying a brand new motorcycle. I ended up purchasing a 2015 R NINET. By the way, the bike is amazing!!! I had been shopping for a motorcycle for quite some time. I had read all the reviews on Yelp. In a way, I consider my experience very unique, as I had two different sales persons. Of course, as any savvy shopper, I shopped the bike around with two other dealers. I came very, very close from putting my John Hancock on the R Nine t with another dealership. However, I sensed XYZ dealership was not giving me an honest deal and there were hidden fees. I went with my gut feeling, and I declined on their offer. You can imagine the text I received from the sales guy. Immediately, I knew I had made the right decision. (Disclosure: I have been in sales for over 12 years. It is very unprofessional and quite tacky to express ones discontent and dissatisfaction to a customer solely because he/she did not buy from you). Dude!!?! Grow up! As I had mentioned earlier, my experience was unique since I guess one I could say I had two different sales person. The first sales person, Teal, was very laid back, easy going and to-the-point kind of guy. A very refreshing experience after my previous two. He explained to me how the entire breakdown of the acquisition, my options, etc. Exactly the type of sales person I like to deal with, and the same way I like to conduct business. He had to leave on vacation in the next few days, so by the time my Nine t arrived LB BMW he was not going to be able to go over the final paperwork, deliver the keys, and go over the bike. This is when he introduced me to Robyn a very professional, helpful and friendly woman. After a week or so, Robyn called me to let me know by bike had arrived. She went over the process of what I should expect and the documentation I should have ready prior to picking up the bike. She emailed all the necessary information. This was extremely helpful, as the big day finally arrived. I walked into LB BMW. The actual paperwork process took no more than 30 minutes. The experience was excellent!!! It was excellent in the sense it was efficient, friendly and willing to answer all my questions. We actually spent just as much time shooting the ____. One thing I enjoyed the most was that ALL car dealerships hit up you with the finance manager as the 2nd round of what else can I sell you? (i.e. warranty plans, GAP, etc, etc). In this case, the Teal and Robyn were the only sales persons I dealt with throughout the entire purchasing process. There wasn't any pressure to purchase GAP, extended warranties, nor did they try to petrify if one does not purchase any of their options. LB BMW, Teal and Robyn were flawless, painless, and my absolute best experience purchasing a vehicle from ANY dealership. Aside from the sales experience was excellent, I have spoken to their service and parts departments. Everyone at LB BMW is just a friendly person, and one gets the sense they truly do want to help their customers. I would highly recommend them.

This was my first time experience with Long Beach Motorcycles. Staff was friendly and the work done on my GS was to my complete satisfaction. I will definitely recommend your dealership and will keep my business with you.The Reason, I only gave 4-Star: When I did an inquiry about servicing my motorcycle, I was told: " No problem we can give you a lift back to work, since it is just 5 min around the corner ". Well the reality was, "Yes we can give you a ride, but you have to wait till so and so comes in". I cannot afford to wait 30 minutes, time is money, specially in the late morning.
It is not about the 30-Minutes wait, it is about, if I would have known earlier, I would have made arrangements .....Again all is good, just honest feedback ...have a great day !Matthias Jezek, Irvine, CA -
My experience at Long Beach BMW Motorcycles was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences. Initial contact was via telephone to Robyn Smietan and she was VERY helpful. I was concerned that a "phone-in" lead wouldn't get me much help, but she answered all my questions clearly and without rushing. In addition, she followed up via email and answered all my questions there as well.Initially, my intention was to go with a closer BMW dealer, but Robyn's helpfulness (and the fact the other dealer never picked up the phone), I had no problem driving out farther.I am extremely happy with my purchase. The price was great and the financing was a piece of cake. I traded in my 2012 Ducati for an amazing price (which I was rather shocked at, but hey, I can't complain). I even got to ride the new bike home same day. I ended up with a 2014 F800 GS Adventure. I definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a BMW bike, or any for that matter (they have quite a number of pre-owned models). Their shop in the back is very large and I'm sure very well equipped. Hopefully I won't have to service the bike much, but I'll be taking it here for the regular service intervals. They also have loaner bikes if needed.

I just purchased a 2014 Racing Red S1000R from Robyn last week and wanted to pass on my thanks again to her and the staff at Long Beach BMW for their hospitality and making this purchase an enjoyable one. A friend of mine, who purchased a R1200GS from Robyn a while ago, knew I was in the market for a new bike and referred me to Robyn. Being a previous Ducati owner, I was pretty much set on buying another Ducati motorcycle but I figured it wouldn't hurt to check out what BMW had to offer. I called Robyn to let her know I was interested in the S1000R, and had a bunch of questions in regards to the bike which she promptly answered and scheduled a test ride. Not only did I test ride the S1000R, Robyn insisted that I ride the S1000RR as well so I could see the difference the Dynamic Dampening Control makes in the S1000R. Right there I knew Robyn wasnt just trying to make a sale, she was going above and beyond to help educate me on the differences between the two bikes. After riding the S1000R I knew it was the bike for me, not even thinking twice about the Ducati Street fighter I was set on buying. One of the biggest selling points for me is Long Beach BMW's test ride policy. Not too many dealerships allow you to test ride bikes, and this was the deciding factor for me to go with BMW, not to mention the S1000R is a phenomenal machine. Thanks again Robyn, I appreciate everything you did for me especially helping me get the Military rebate, which made a big difference in deciding to go with BMW. Thanks for supporting the troops!

Good afternoon....First, i must apologize for NOT purchasing my 2013 R1200RT from BMW M of LB......my bad.....the reason i say this is because the level of customer service is beyond anything i have ever expected from a vehicle dealership, auto or motorcycle.....my first dealings were with the ever capable Lauren over a simple re-key of my gently used new-to-me 49L top box.....i had asked around at other dealerships and was met with "no we can't re-key that box" to "no we won't".....pretty sad considering the quality of the lock assembly.....BUT, Lauren and the service techs had it re-keyed to my key in less than 15 min....with a smile and a "no charge" for the effort...and this was my first ever visit to BMW LB!!!!second dealing was to install the ASC option to my RT.....this was met with enthusiasm about the part being in stock and an appointment was made for a 7am install....AGAIN, Lauren took the lead and helped with the logistics (i rode in from Solvang for the install)...and AGAIN the service techs Greg and Gage handled the install while i waited (only 90 min or so) and even washed the RT......again astonished by the superior customer service....in the intervening months i purchased the required lubes, oils, filters and other goodies for the 12000, 18000 and 24000 mile service intervals which i do myself.....the parts counter staff was more than helpful, courteous and efficient in getting the needed goodies for my service work....now, finally I have my RT back from a two week stay at the ever capable back shop at BMW LB....you see, she had a bit of a problem with shearing the splines from the clutch friction disk hub and that in turn damaged the gearbox input shaft......all parts were quickly available (probably Lauren's doing... ) and with Gage's personal interaction and the VERY capable hands of Master Tech Paul my RT is back on the road in VERY much better condition than before the clutch failure.....i can only attribute this to the excellent expertise and superior customer service that i am sure is the norm at BMW MC of LB......will i recommend this BMW dealership......ABSOLUTELY and without hesitation....where will i buy my next BMW.....you guessed it....BMW MC of LB...so my most sincere thanks to the GREAT folks at BMW Motorcycles of Long Beach.....i learned my lesson.....only deal with these good folks.....

Most Excellent Experience! Robyn helped make this buying experience so easy, comfortable, and straightforward. I started by contacting her over email from across the Pacific in Japan. I was stationed there with the Navy for 2 years, and as we were coming back to Los Angeles, I wanted to have my bike ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Robyn was the first person, after numerous contacts in Los Angles, who adjusted her contact times to match the 17 hours time difference. I am confident I got The Best deal I could get. We picked out a helmet, she made sure the comm system was installed, charged, and paired to everything. I went into LB BMW just to look at the S1000RR for a friend. Ron Tate helped me with any questions and was very knowledgeable about the bike. I was SO impressed with the bike, Ron, and the dealership that I scheduled a test ride for the next weekend. I was shocked that a motorcycle manufacturer still offers test rides. Ron was so patient helping me and answering all my questions. NO high pressure sales pitch. I liked that.
The test ride was excellent! I was very impressed with the motorcycle. I wasn't even think about buying a new bike for myself, this was just to let my friend know more about it, but I was so enamored over the thing that I just couldn't stop thinking about it all week.
After a week of zero concentration and examining the HP catalog, I walked into the dealership, and Ron made me a deal I could not resist. They had all but one of the accessories that I wanted added on as well. I didn't expect that.
Ron made everything so easy and I've now worked with Greg in service and Dewey in Parts, both great guys!

Two years I searched out the best motorcycle trailer made and found Baxley Trailers. Baxley referred me to Long Beach BMW Dealership, which was the only dealership selling this product on the West Coast. I called, spoke to Robyn Smietan in sales and she invited me to come on down from Santa Clarita Valley to see the trailer. Robyn was very professional, not aggressive but very willing to give me all her attention while we looked over the trailer. I did not purchase the trailer that day, but returned a few weeks later to purchase the trailer and take it home. Robyn made the purchase very pleasant and she introduced me to other staff at the dealership as a new buyer for a Baxley Trailer.Presently, for the last few months, the K1600 GTL has caught my interest. I called Robyn to get some additional information about the motorcycle. Not only did she remember me, but she invited me down to the dealership to test ride the K1600 GTL. The test ride was great and Robyn again was very attentive to my questions and interest in the bike. I was not ready to purchase the bike and prior to leaving, Robyn asked if she could keep if touch with me every few month to keep me up to date about the K1600. Of course, time goes by with the stress of daily life and I get a wonderful email from Robyn, stating, just keeping in touch and if I have any questions about the K1600. Robyn;s email brought me back to great mental image of riding the K1600, I thought about it, emailed her back and decided to purchase the new 2013 K1600 GTL.It was worth driving two hours in traffic on Memorial Weekend to arrive at a great dealership and be greeted by Robyn Smietan.

He helped getting financing, helped getting the service department to add on some of the farkels I wanted on the bike,
helped getting me an extended warranty on the bike. He even went out of his way to pick me up and take me to your dealership to complete the transaction since I had already sold my BMW motorcycle.
At all times he focused on getting the purchase completed in the easiest way. He exhibited excellent knowledge of motorcycles and motorcycling. While the first is often true of a lot of motorcycle salesmen the second helps the customer dealing with an experienced rider. Without Teal I don't think I would be the proud owner of a bright Red BMW R1200GS today.

Dear Charles,What an outstanding BMW dealership we have found at Long Beach. All of the staff we interacted with were most very helpful and understanding. Below is our story.In late May 2012 we had our four motorcycles trucked from Sherbrooke, Quebec to Long Beach BMW Motorcycles, CA. We flew to Long Beach a couple of weeks later. To our dismay the bikes had not arrived upon landing at about noon on June 1st! We squatted LB BMW's showroom most of the afternoon but we never felt unwelcome. When at last the truck rolled in late that afternoon the Service Department graciously unloaded our crated steeds.All material for transport of the bikes was stored at LB BMW for the 14 days we spent roaming California clockwise on a map. We rode a grand total of 6,164 Km (3,852 Mi). On June 14, the unavoidable return date, the Service Department again kicked in to facilitate our crating of the motorcycles. The four bikes were stored at LB BMW until loaded on the return truck, all the while we flew out California back to Quebec.We would like to express our gratitude to Long Beach BMW Moorcycle for taking such good care of our motorcycles..., free of charges! I just wanted to thank you and your entire organization for helping me in a fairly desperate situation.I came down to Long Beach on Friday, August 10 and arrived late in the evening. My rear tire was out on my 2001 R1100RL and I had to return to Seattle, which was over 1200 miles. In my GPS I have all the BMW Motorcycle Dealers and found yours less than 2 miles away. I called the dealership and they said the service department was closed on Saturday. Although the service department was closed, Peter Jurinek was there and said they could put a tire on for me. He and Paul Szabados were very helpful. In fact, they told me that the problem was only my valve stem and could save me a lot of money by replacing it only. My tire had 16K miles on it and we mutually decided that replacement was the best option and it would make me feel a lot better for the trip home.This kind of service is why I know that I can depend on BMW and know why they are the only bikes I ride.Thanks to you and your staff. I was treated extremely well while in Long Beach.And BTW...I rode the entire 1200 miles back to Seattle in a single shot with no problems from the bike or the tire. The sales staff is first rate along with the service for the bikes, they have a large selection of quality used motorcycles in stock that is always different and only the best bikes are taken in making the customer choices harder to make. The demos bikes made the difference for me I was also shopping Kawasaki, Honda and Yamaha 1200cc touring bikes but none of the dealers have demos bikes like BMW has and if they do make a used bike available I would have to go with a sales person in the parking lot at best. The only down side to Long Beach BMW web site is the parts dept I would like to see them increase their online selection in the new year it is a poor assortment at best and doesn't even scratch the surface of the parts available... Overall the dealer is worth a visit in person!

I have experience with 4 BMW dealership in Southern Calif. The first one I set up a deal to buy a K1300S. I drove about 80 miles to get there. This was supposed to be a done deal. When I showed up they informed me that the bike that they were selling me was a factory recall and that would be on the title. That's like buying a vehicle with salvage title on the pink slip. Its worth less than half when you drive off. Dealer two has bikes on the internet that they show a bike and a price that is for a stripped bike that they do not have. They ask for around a two thousand dollar bump to buy what they have in stock. I know if this was a car dealership its illegal as hell. The third dealership, where I bought my bike. When I brought it in for service, the service manager said that he would never of bought my model. Gives ya a nice warm feeling doesn't it. I finally found Long Beach BMW. A complete breath of fresh air. The dealership is clean and the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had a serious problem with my Motorcycle and they went way out of their way to get the factory to take care of it. This is a time in most things in life where customer service does not exist. LB BMW has gone way beyond the call of duty to help me and I appreciate it. I would not go anywhere else to get my bike serviced or to purchase another one but LB BMW. They let me take out the S1000RR for a test ride by myself and it scared the H___ out of me. I think that will be my next bike. Thank You Long Beach BMW.

Zurich Tire and Wheel Policy In 2009 I bought an F800ST and the Zurich tire and wheel policy. To date the policy cost me $500 and Zurich has put $1800 of tires and labor into my bike. I bought the policy as I recognized that it was a good deal. Unlike most car dealership extended warrantees, this one is really squared away. Written in plain English and clearly stated terms you are buying a policy for $500 to protect the parts of your bike that are the most likely to be damaged on the road. I am so glad I bought this policy. I ride every day on the I-5, I-110, I-105 and I-405 in Los Angeles. I lane split, I'm in the HOV lanes, mixed in with traffic and ride around my neighborhood so my tires are exposed to all sorts of road conditions. Within my first 250 miles of riding a quarter inch bolt, no less, found its way into my back tire. Between the tire and labor that one incident instantly repaid $300 of the $500 I paid for the policy. Over the next 12 months I picked up an array of nails and screws and the policy has covered my tires every time with no hassle. I ride allot but my case is not extreme. I'm typically quite safe, and don't really ride in any risky areas. There is just so much crap on the LA Metro roads and freeways that it’s hard to avoid this stuff. Most of it you will never see until you walk out to your bike the next day and find it stuck in your tire. Some people thinks it’s ok to just patch/plug a motorcycle tire like a car...nothing is further from the truth, I'm an engineer and know how to look at the data. A damaged tire stresses differently around the puncture area even with the patch/plug combination. There will always be a weak spot there and you never know when it is going to fail or how bad. If a patch/plug fails on a car tire, the tire goes flat and you pull off the road and change your tier. On the other hand if a motorcycle tire goes flat while riding the bike gets unstable and depending on how good of a rider you are, maybe you'll crash, maybe not. It’s always best to replace a punctured tire and this policy makes that a whole lot easier and hassle free. You absolutely CANNOT go wrong with this policy. I will absolutely vouch for this policy as it has saved me financially a few times. Even if you don't think you'll ride much it really sucks to shell out $300 to replace a tire and again a few months later and again a few months after that!

LB BMW Motorcycles In December of 2009 I was shopping for my first bike. I had been looking at all makes and models for the previous six months and after my experience at Long Beach BMW Motorcycles I decided to buy a 2009 F800ST. Robyn, the sales person I worked with, was great. She gave me great deal and has always been attentive and responsive to any questions, concerns or comments I have had over the last year and half. She has a no-pressure approach and gives you the information you need to make your own informed decision. Once you have bought a bike from her she will always help you out with any issues or concerns about the bike while you own it. Recently I lost my key while on a trip and needed to replace it. The local dealer needed my registration to order a key. The registration was, of course, locked under the seat which requires the key, I called Robyn and she called the local dealer and vouched for me as the owner. I was able to get a new key in 24 hours with no hassle...Awesome Service! The Bike As for the bike, I am an engineer so by my nature I like data and research and always work to find the best value for the money I spend. It took me six months to choose a bike and I am so glad I went with the F800ST over my other candidates. In the last year and a half I have put over 23,000 miles on the bike. It has never missed a beat. I have taken it on week long road trips loaded with 100 pounds of camping/traveling gear and rode it up the PCH and through Big Sur for 12 hours with all that gear on the back and it performed as if the gear wasn't even there. I have had the bike in 30kt+ cross winds, temperatures ranging from 37F to 118F, dry and humid conditions and have never seen any loss in performance. It has plenty of power, a forgiving clutch, easy throttle and strong brakes, shifts easily, and yet able to open up on the highway without any effort. This is such a great first bike that I tell all my friends about it, when they sit on it or ride it they are amazed how comfortable it is. If you’re new to riding or just looking for a light touring bike look no further because...THIS IS IT. The Service The F800ST has an unheard of 36,000 mile warrantee. That alone should say something about what BMW thinks of their product...PERIOD. Every time I bring the bike into LB BMW for regular maintenance or issues, they are attentive, easy to work with and knowledgeable about the bike. They always offer a loner bike while mine is in for service. Last year I had a small leak on the water pump which turned out to be a bad crush washer under a bolt. The service department fixed it right away with and I have not had any issues since. They always seem to have the parts in stock and their parts manager is a walking bike parts library. Their Service Garage WOW, that was my first comment when I walked in. It was clean, organized and very uniform. No junk lying around or random piles of parts. Every station was clean, orderly and professional. They had all the right tools and plenty of working space. If only I could have a garage just like there's...I would never leave it!

An all around fantastic experience! I stopped by Long Beach BMW motorcycles after visiting other motorcycle dealerships. I sat on every type of motorcycle over the course of a couple weeks. Michael Williams at LB BMW motorcycles took time with me and invited me to sit on a variety of BMW's while patiently answering my questions. Michael put together a great deal for me that was extremely fair and so simple. I'm having a ball on my new bike!! THANK YOU Michael and all the Long Beach BMW staff.
